In conformity with our general sale conditions, we shall proceed to the collection of salvage sale offers on behalf of whom it may concern in our office on:

This salvage sale is organized “on behalf of whom it may concern” for the following goods:
30 pallets or 3232 kg grean beans, packed in cartons of 5 kg, origin Senegal
The goods arrived in Barendrecht (NL) on 26 January 2010 with too high temperatures.
The goods are sold ‘as is where is’, condition, quality, etc., fully known and accepted by the buyer.
The goods can be sighted upon request. Therefore, please contact Mr. Patrick Altena of the transport company STUURMAN on the following number: +31/180/596.660. Goods can be sighted at the premises of Messrs. Van Valen, The Greenery at Barendrecht, shed 41, adjacent to the premises of Messrs. Hillfresh.
The price is to be given in EUR for the whole lot.
The weight applicable on the sale is the weight as stated above. This weight is fully accepted by the buyer and not subject to any discussion later on.
The goods will only be released to the buyer after full cash payment has been received.
